Well I figured it was time to get my blog in order. It seems that time just keeps flying by and if it continues this way January 25th will roll around and I will have nothing reading to add all my posts to.
Today was... well kind of the start of my adventure! Tessa came to Waterloo and we packed all of my stuff up and moved out of 66A Churchill. It has been my home now for the past 16 months, and as messy as it has been at times, it has truly been my home away from home. I said my good byes and me and Tessa headed out. Seems that as much as I complained about the lack of mountains, continual wind and never ending traffic jams in this forsaken province, I may actually miss it (or more importantly the people I have come to know out here).
Now I am sitting here at Tessa and Joel's house shifting around my clothes trying to make them all fit into my luggage (surprising I know). How I am going to pack everything into one pack to go to Africa for 7 whole months.... well I am as unsure as everyone else is!
Anyways, now that this is up and going feel free to check in once and a while to see what I am up to, and of course keep me up to date on what is happening at home!!!
I hope everyone has a wonderful xmas season and a Happy New Year and I will be posting again sometime in the New Year as I prepare to head out on my adventure!
